If you are interested in having Heather Van Houten specifically as your Lead Makeup Artist, please ask about her personal availability for your big day! If you have come here from Heather's personal Tiktok, please keep in mind it only showcases her personal makeup work, no other makeup artist from Team HVH is highlighted on the Tiktok.
Platinum, Gold, and Silver Weddings include Lead Artists with 5-8 years of experience on HVH Artists. Additional artists needed for the event (see chart below) will be appointed by our company from our supporting artistry team.
All bookings include airbrush and/or traditional foundation, lashes ( bands for bridesmaids, and the option of bands or custom cluster set for bride and moms), on-site service, free travel to PHX / Scottsdale / Tucson, deluxe touchup kit (full-sized lipstick or gloss, lash glue, hair spray, hair pins, q-tips, blotting papers). The bride receives full airbrushing on her neck and decollete
Minimum Commitment
Monday-Thursdays
Must have at least 1 Bridal Service plus 3 Adult Non-Bridal services for 1 Artist of Choice
Must have at least 1 Bridal Makeup/Hair Package and 3 Adult Non-Bridal Makeup/Hair Packages for 2 Artists of Choice
Fridays & Sundays
Must have at least 1 Bridal Makeup/Hair and 4 Adult Non-Bridal Makeup/Hair Packages (trial and gratuity do not count towards wedding day minimum)
Saturdays & Holidays
Must have at least 1 Bridal Makeup/Hair and 5 Adult Non-Bridal Makeup/Hair Packages (trial and gratuity do not count towards wedding day minimum)
20% Gratuity added to the final invoice 30-60 days prior to the wedding date
50% due at signing to hold the date

How many artists will I receive on my Wedding Day?
Parties with less than 4 adult makeup/hair packages (or 8 adult single services) will receive 1-2 Artists
5-8 adult women's packages (or 9-15 adult women's single services) in a party receive 2 Artists
9-11 adult women's packages (or 16 to 22 adult women's single services) in a party receive 3 Artists
12-15 adult women's packages (or 23 to 32 adult women's single services) receive 4 Artists
16-19 adult women's packages (or 33 to 39 adult women's single services) receive 5 Artists
20-23 adult women's packages (or 40 to 47 adult women's single services) receive 6 Artists
24-28 adult women's packages (or 48 to 57 adult women's single services) receive 7 Artists
